Irek Family
Dune
杜恩
Personality
Quiet, thoughtful, observant, gentle. A boy who has always felt like he doesn't quite belong, though he can't explain why. He has a deep connection to nature and animals that seems to go beyond normal affinity. Sometimes he has strange, vivid dreams — landscapes he's never seen, voices in a language he shouldn't know — but he doesn't dare tell his foster father. There is something different about Dune — everyone senses it, no one can name it.
Background
Found as a newborn baby at the edge of the Forbidden Boundary fifteen years ago by Sir Irek. No one knows where he came from or who left him there. The location of his discovery — at the very edge of forbidden territory — has always raised questions. Sir Irek has raised him with love but has never been able to answer the question that haunts Dune: "Where do I come from?"
Skills
Basic household tasks, learning combat from Sir Irek, natural affinity with animals, quiet observation
Current Status
Raised by Sir Irek since infancy. Growing into a thoughtful young man who often wanders alone near the forest edge, drawn by something he can't explain. Has no idea that his very existence may be the reason a Temple Knight has come to Uva Village.
Relationships
Adoptive son of Sir Irek — loves him as a true father. Somewhat isolated from village children due to his quiet nature. Azriel has begun paying special attention to him, visiting the Irek household with increasing frequency.
Hidden Truth
Found as a baby at the Forbidden Boundary. He is Azriel's primary suspect in the Eastern Children investigation. The location of his discovery, combined with his unusual affinity for nature, makes him a prime target. Dune himself knows nothing of his true origin. Sir Irek knows he's a foundling but fears what the truth might be.
