Experienced woodsman, military veteran, solid father figure. A man of few words and great strength, both physical and moral. Missing two fingers on his left hand from his military days — a wound he never explains. Carries the quiet grief of losing his wife while raising two children alone in a harsh frontier village.
Background
Berr served in the Holy Church's frontier militia for five years before returning to Uva Village. His wife died of illness when Esha was young. He has seen enough of the world to know it's dangerous, and enough of the Church's military to know you don't ask questions. He keeps his head down and works hard.
